About This Notice
This notice is provided to residents of the State of California pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (CPRA), California Civil Code § 1798.100 et seq.
This notice applies to personal information collected (or not collected, as described below) through the Client Connect mobile application (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play) and the website myrealtyca.com, operated by My Realty Company, Inc.

1. Who This Notice Applies To
This notice applies to California residents who use the Client Connect app or visit myrealtyca.com.

2. Personal Information We Collect
We do not collect personal information from users of the Client Connect app.
The App operates entirely on your device. You are not required to create an account, log in, or provide any personal information to use any feature of the App. No data you enter into any calculator is transmitted to us or any third party. No analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking tools are used in the App.
The following categories of personal information under the CCPA are not collected by us through the App:

3. How We Use Personal Information
Because we do not collect personal information through the App, we do not use, process, share, or retain personal information collected through the App.
If you contact us directly by email at info@myrealtyca.com, we may retain your email address and the content of your message in order to respond to your inquiry. This information is not sold, shared for advertising purposes, or disclosed to third parties except as necessary to respond to your request or as required by law.
4. We Do Not Sell or Share Your Personal Information
My Realty Company, Inc. does not sell your personal information.
We do not sell, rent, trade, transfer, or otherwise disclose personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration as defined by the CCPA. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. We have not sold or shared personal information at any point in the preceding 12 months.
5. Your Rights as a California Resident
Under the CCPA/CPRA, California residents have the following rights with respect to their personal information:
Right to Know (Right to Access)
You have the right to request that we disclose the categories of personal information we have collected about you, the sources of that information, our business purpose for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom it is shared. Because we collect no personal information through the App, a Right to Know request will confirm that no personal information has been collected.
Right to Delete
You have the right to request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions. Because we collect no personal information through the App, there is nothing to delete. If you contacted us by email and wish to have that correspondence deleted, you may submit a deletion request.
Right to Correct
You have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you. This right applies only in the limited context of any email correspondence you may have had with us.
Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing
You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Because we do not sell or share personal information, no opt-out mechanism is required — this right is already satisfied.
Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information
You have the right to limit our use of sensitive personal information to certain permitted purposes. We do not collect sensitive personal information.
Right to Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. We will not deny you services, charge you a different price, or provide you a different level of service.
6. How to Submit a Privacy Rights Request
To exercise any of your rights under the CCPA, you may submit a request by contacting us directly:

Please include: your full name, your state of residence (California), and a description of the right you wish to exercise (Right to Know, Right to Delete, etc.).
We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 10 business days and respond to verifiable requests within 45 calendar days of receipt. If we require additional time (up to an additional 45 days), we will notify you in writing of the extension and the reason for it.
7. Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a CCPA request on your behalf. To do so, the authorized agent must provide written authorization signed by you. We may contact you directly to verify your identity and confirm the authorization before processing the request.
8. Shine the Light Disclosure (California Civil Code § 1798.83)
California Civil Code § 1798.83 permits California residents to request information about our disclosures of personal information to third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Therefore, no disclosure is required under this provision.
9. Do Not Track
Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” signals. Because our website and App do not engage in tracking for behavioral advertising purposes, Do Not Track signals do not change the way we operate.
10. Changes to This Notice
We may update this CCPA Privacy Notice from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top and post the revised notice at myrealtyca.com/ccpa-notice and myrealtyca.com/privacy. We encourage you to review this notice periodically.
